ChemicalTagger
ChemicalTagger is an open-source tool for tagging and parsing experimental sections in the chemistry literature. It combines OSCAR and OpenNLP taggers to tag the input and uses Antlr rules to parse the phrases. It is available as a Java software library and is currently still under development.
